What is Altura Services return policy?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 30 days of delivery with "No Extra Cost." The 30 Days Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on AlturaEcom.
While damaged or defective clothes and footwear are covered under the 30 Days Replacement Guarantee, you can initiate an exchange under the "30 Days Exchange Policy" if you are unsatisfied with the product or the fitting.

Items should be returned in the original condition you received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
- Damages due to misuse of the product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging, if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
This guarantee covers all physical products sold by AlturaEcom. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same on AlturaEcom.
What is Altura Services return policy for clothing and footwear?
If you are dissatisfied with a clothing or footwear product that does not fit well, you can return it under the 30 Days Exchange Policy, "Please Contact Us."
Please ensure that clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.
Clothing freebies are not covered under the return policy. Exchange is subject to the availability of the item on AlturaEcom. Meanwhile, the 30 Days Replacement Guarantee covers damaged or defective clothing and footwear products.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Notify us for the damaged or defective product as soon as possible. In the Timeline of 30 Days Replacement Guarantee, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product for a replacement.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition as you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement with "No Extra Cost To You".
How do I exchange a clothing or footwear product I am unsatisfied with?
In case you are not completely satisfied with the fitting of the clothing or footwear product, you can request for an exchange. Under AlturaEcom's 30 Days Exchange Policy, you have 30 days time period for exchange of the product from the date of delivery to a return of the product.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition as you had received it. We will ship you an exchange, with "No Extra Cost To You". Alternatively, we can issue you an AlturaEcom Wallet Credit, which you can use to place a fresh order.
The cancellation and refund will only be made under the following circumstances:
- We are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within two business days from the time you reported the error
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, cancel "Please Contact Us." Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled if a delivery has already been made.
How can I cancel items in my order?
You can call in Inbound Number till the item is shipped by AlturaEcom.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified for the same.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the bank directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by AlturaEcom.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.
There is one mode of refund:
Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded to the payment mode/account originally used for the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, AlturaEcom will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds:
If a customer cancels any orders after procurement but before shipped by AlturaEcom is part of AADS Consultancy & Services, AlturaEcom is part of AADS Consultancy & Services. It will charge a restocking fee applicable as per the product category. All orders will attract a restocking fee of 25% of the order value. Refund will be made after deducting such restocking fees as applicable within 10-12 working days.
